Exercise is not only good for weight management purposes; it is important for stress relief, improving self esteem, increasing memory and the ability to learn new things and retain information.
In the UAE, the Government has announced that we are now able to get outside for 1-2 hours per day for some form of exercise – provided we wear a mask at all times.
