We always do our best to see you as soon as possible. Please make your appointments well in advance to ensure appointment times that work best for you.

Is parking available
Yes, Town Centre Jumeirah has basement parking that is free of charge. Paid parking is also available at the side of the building

Opening hours
The clinic is open Saturday to Thursday from 8am to 7pm

Do you have direct billing facilities?
We work with the insurance companies on a pay and claim basis. Your Doctor and Therapist will fill out an insurance form for you if required.

Do I need a referral from a doctor for other services at the clinic (physiotherapy, podiatry, etc)?
Many insurance companies in the UAE do require a doctors referral for physiotherapy. Check with your relevant insurance company if this is necessary.

How can I pay for my appointment?
Payment for your relevant appointment will need to be settled at the time of the appointment. Either by cash or credit card

What happens if I am late?
All of our staff does their best to run on time and keep to their schedules. If you are late your appointment time or treatment time will be less

What to bring?
X-rays and other imagery (MRI, CT etc), if you have any other medical reports from specialists, list of medications and results of previous blood tests etc.

What do I wear for my treatment?
If you are having physiotherapy treatment loose comfortable clothing is advised. The therapist will need to accurately see and move the part of the body that is requiring treatment. For example if the knee is been treated it is advisable to bring some shorts with you. Privacy is respected at all times.
