
Leo Mendrinos
Leo Mendrinos – Physiotherapist
Leo graduated from the University of Pretoria with a Bachelors in Physiotherapy. He began his career in Eastern Johannesburg, working in a trauma orthopaedic centre before moving to London, where he primarily worked in a private practice rehabilitation setting, on both acute and chronic conditions.
Leo has passion for sports orthopaedics and end stage strength rehabilitation. He has spent the last four years working with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including high level marathon runners, weight training and high-level athletes, particularly in rugby and football; in addition to spinal ergonomic treatment and education.
Leo has completed further advanced training in sports kinesiology taping as well as dry needling.
