Since 2018, Vilma has worked in DHA-licensed clinical and wellness environments, developing broad experience in massage therapy and body treatments. In her current role as a Massage Therapist and Sports Massage Therapist at Diversified Integrated Sports Clinic (DISC), she performs sports massage techniques aimed at supporting flexibility and mobility, preventing muscle injury, enhancing recovery, and improving circulation.
Her previous clinical experience includes providing soft tissue, relaxing, anti-cellulite, trigger point, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage. She has also performed treatments involving Maderotherapy and aesthetic body technologies, including VelaShape III and Venus Legacy, with experience in treatments focused on body contouring, skin tightening, cellulite reduction, and improving skin texture.
Vilma also has a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology and has experience assessing soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion. She incorporates appropriate massage techniques and may recommend supportive stretches that clients can perform at home.
