At Dubai Physiotherapy & Family Medicine Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality care to all our patients. To ensure fair access to appointments and minimize disruptions, we have established a cancellation and no-show policy.

Appointment Reminders
As a courtesy, we will attempt to send an appointment reminder via WhatsApp, or phone call at least one day before your scheduled visit. However, managing your appointment remains your responsibility.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient in need. You can contact us through the following channels during our business hours:

We will make every effort to accommodate your rescheduling request; however, we cannot guarantee the same specialist, therapist, or physician for the rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

A late cancellation occurs when an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

A no-show is when a patient fails to attend an appointment without prior notification.

Patients with three (3) or more late cancellations or no-shows within a 1-month period may lose their pre-booking privileges and will only be allowed to book same-day appointments, subject to availability.
Arriving on Time
To ensure a smooth clinic workflow and provide adequate care, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session (only receive treatment for the remainder of the appointment time booked) or cancellation.
Reinstating Pre-Booking Privileges
Patients who lose their pre-booking privileges due to multiple cancellations or no-shows may have them reinstated after successfully attending three consecutive same-day appointments without any cancellations or no-shows.

Missed and late-cancelled appointments affect clinic efficiency and other patients' ability to receive timely care. This policy is designed to ensure that every patient has access to the care they need while minimizing disruptions to clinic operations.
