A graduate of Robert Gordon’s, Aberdeen, Carolyn is a skilled neuro musculo-skeletal physiotherapist with over 30 years of successful patient care within both the NHS and her own private practice in the UK.
She has extensive experience in the treatment of acute and chronic sports injuries; lifestyle and occupational over-use injuries with a particular interest in shoulder, neck and back problems; and rehabilitation of surgical patients, both orthopaedic and spinal. She also works with complex chronic pain patients.
Carolyn has continued to develop her clinical and manual therapy skills by attending postgraduate training courses including acupuncture, mobilisation, soft tissue and taping techniques; pilates, muscle imbalance and dynamic stability.
She has had involvement with rugby, hockey and swimming teams in the UK. Outside of work Carolyn enjoys keeping active by playing tennis, golf, skiing, cycling and running.
