Irina Dumea is a licensed physiotherapist with a BSc in Physiotherapy from Cuza University, Romania (2011). Over the past decade, she has gained extensive experience in leading rehabilitation centers, specializing in orthopedic injuries, spine conditions, post-operative recovery, headaches, and TMJ disorders.
Her approach combines a variety of advanced therapeutic techniques, including osteopathy methods, dry needling, trigger point therapy, taping, and manual therapy. She also has a strong focus on sports rehabilitation, particularly for the shoulder, knee, and ankle, where she designs individualized programs to improve strength, mobility, and proprioception.
Irina is committed to delivering a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan for each patient, helping them recover effectively and achieve long-term wellness goals.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and reading, which reflect her passion for balance, movement, and continuous growth.
