Glen is a licensed Sports Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping patients relieve pain, recover from injuries, and restore optimal movement. His work focuses on addressing muscle tension, postural issues, and sports therapy through targeted manual therapy and body conditioning techniques.

He specializes in managing lower back pain, sciatica, arm, leg, and shoulder discomfort, as well as headaches related to visual strain, sinusitis, or poor blood circulation. His treatments also target general body fatigue and muscular tightness, helping patients improve mobility, posture, and overall body function.

Glen’s therapeutic approach integrates sports performance conditioning, muscular recovery, and preventive care. He is skilled in techniques such as stretching and joint mobility, Thai and yoga-inspired massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, relaxation massage (Swedish, Reflexology, Balinese, and Shiatsu), Hilot therapy with cupping and hot compress, head and scalp massage, and lymphatic drainage therapy.
