Senior Physiotherapist

Cian is a highly skilled Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist with a Master's degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Limerick, Ireland, and an undergraduate degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy. His diverse experience includes working with professional athletes in New York and high-level inter-county GAA teams in Ireland. In addition, Cian has gained valuable skills working in hospital settings, covering orthopaedics, trauma, ICU, and general medical/respiratory wards.

Cian specializes in post-operative rehabilitation, manual therapy, and sports-specific return-to-sport protocols. He has also undergone advanced training in foot mechanics, the lumbar spine, shoulder rehabilitation, and dry needling techniques, further enhancing his expertise.

Outside of work, Cian enjoys staying active by playing GAA, rugby, running half marathons, and regularly going to the gym.
